Sobin-Harte Architects, Inc. has completed numerous Outpatient Primary Care and Specialty Care Projects for Healthcare Facilities in Southern California. Our knowledge of medical space planning, medical equipment requirements and proper implementation into the project scope is essential to successful project completion. We have projects for diverse group of clients including Obstetrics / Gynecology, Pediatric, Women’s Health, Mental Health and General Outpatient Medical care. Sobin-Harte Architects’ direct experience with Outpatient service types in these projects allows for a successful project completion. We have a diverse experience in Licensed OSHPD-3 Project Delivery. This includes Assessment Reports, obtaining HCAI approval on OHSPD-3 Assessment Plans and on construction documents for conversions, including approvals with CDPH Licensing.
