To thoroughly address the complex requirements of medical design, SOBIN-HARTE ARCHITECTS INC. practices a team approach.  Coordinated by SHA, the team resolves broad issues of medical projects in a proactive and comprehensive manner.  Working closely with the client to establish the functional and technical requirements of a projects, the firm develops solutions that answer the needs and concerns of the client in a cost-effective manner while satisfying code requirements unique to health care environments and maintaining a high standard of design.

SOBIN-HARTE ARCHITECTS, INC., (SHA) is a full-service architectural firm practicing throughout Southern California area.  The firm specializes in Health Care and Institutional design for a diverse client group comprised of non-profit and for-profit organizations, as well as sole proprietors and doctors' groups.  Founded in 1988 by Ms. Monika Harte as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) with co-founder, Mr. Jeffrey L. Sobin, the firm emphasizes direct involvement of the principals on projects undertaken and successfully completed to date. With extensive experience in design, programming, preparation of contract documents, obtaining governmental agency approvals (OSHPD, OAS, SFM), and contract administration of multi-disciplinary teams, the firm successfully implements medical projects.
